The courtesy of the staff was exceptional and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and well laid out, providing a comfortable space to relax. The hotel facilities were great, with wifi always being available and convenient car parking. The location was perfect, as it was easy to walk around the town and there was a retail park just across the road. The breakfast offered a delicious selection of fruit and cereals. the staff, cleanliness, facilities, parking, and location were all top-notch.

The pool and gym facilities were top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was superb, with easy access to nearby attractions like Letterkenny Retail Park. The food was delicious, both for breakfast and dinner in the hotel's restaurant. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and a fantastic shower. I also loved the added touch of having a mirror with Bluetooth connectivity.
Nothing everything was great
The cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom, was exceptional. The hotel facilities were great - the spacious room layout and the always available wifi made my stay very comfortable. The location of the hotel right in the middle of a retail park was convenient, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist with any queries. They even provided local travel advice, helping me explore the surrounding area easily.

The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed, big TV, and a well-equipped bathroom. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of choices and delicious options like fresh fruit salad, homemade porridge, and cooked breakfasts. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The room was spacious, warm, and had a comfortable king-size bed with cozy pillows. There was plenty of space for luggage, clothing, and seating. The bathroom had ample toiletry space and the shower had warm water. The hotel was ideally located, with shopping just outside, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and well-organized. I enjoyed the hotel facilities, particularly the swimming pool, which was great for the kids.
