From the moment I arrived, the lady who checked me in at breakfast stood out as being particularly pleasant and professional. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel facilities were also impressive, with easy access to car chargers for electric vehicles. the location was great, situated in a large green area next to a retail park and easy to navigate around the area.
Nothing to dislike.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The double room we stayed in was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. We were especially pleased to see a mug in the tea making facilities, rather than a small cup. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a great buffet breakfast that offered a wide selection of freshly cooked food. The location of the hotel was convenient, being right next to a retail park with a Costa Coffee and situated on a dual carriageway that circled the city.
Hard to think of anything negative.
The hotel is situated in a quiet area, close enough to all amenities. The staff was nice and the breakfast was great value for money.
